Membership meetings
PDOP is a member organization. Meetings are where the decisions actually get made, and members have a seat and a voice.
Schedule
General membership meetings are the last Thursday of January, April, August, and November at 6:30 p.m.
Where
The PDOP building, 1020 E. Wilson Road, #13 & 14, Pahrump, NV 89048, on the Nye Communities Coalition campus. During meetings and events, enter through the gate at 1120 E. Wilson and look for the PDOP banner.
Who can come
Members, families, and anyone considering joining. You do not have to speak to attend.
What happens at a meeting
We review what happened since the last meeting, look at the finances, plan upcoming events, and take input from members on what families in Nye County actually need. Members in good standing may vote on business brought before the membership, including board elections.
Get an item on the agenda
Call (702) 516-0847 or email staff@pdop.info at least a week before the meeting with what you would like to raise, and we will add it.
Membership in one line
Membership dues are $10 per year for each adult in the household and $0 for each child. Dues cover the whole household for PDOP activities all year, at no extra charge.
Dues are due to the PDOP Treasurer no later than January 15 each year.
