1. Who we are
This website is operated by the Pahrump Disability Outreach Program ("PDOP", "we", "us"), a Nevada nonprofit organization located at 1020 E. Wilson Road, #13 & 14, Pahrump, NV 89048. You can reach us at (702) 516-0847 or staff@pdop.info.
2. Acceptance
By using this website, submitting a form, signing a document electronically, creating an account, or registering for a program or event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Not professional advice
PDOP shares general information and connects families with resources. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, psychological, or educational advice, and no attorney-client, provider-patient, or advocate-client relationship is created by using it. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation. See our disclaimer.
4. Programs, events, and eligibility
Registration for a program or event is a request, not a guarantee of a spot. PDOP may limit capacity, change or cancel an event, or decline participation where we cannot safely provide the needed support. Participation in physical activities, including the mechanical bull, inflatables, rides, and contests, requires a signed waiver and compliance with all posted rules and staff instructions.
5. Electronic signatures
You consent to do business with PDOP electronically. Documents you sign on this site, including liability waivers, are signed under the federal ESIGN Act and Nevada's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (NRS Chapter 719) and are legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature. We record the signature image, your typed name, the date and time, and the IP address used, and we generate a PDF copy for you and for our records. You may request a paper copy at any time by calling (702) 516-0847.
6. Payments and donations
Donations, membership dues, sponsorships, and ticket purchases are processed by Zeffy, a third-party payment platform. PDOP does not receive or store your card details. Zeffy's own terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions. Donations and dues are generally non-refundable; if a payment was made in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
7. Accounts and portals
Member and board portal accounts are for the named individual only. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, use the portal only for PDOP purposes, and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend an account that is misused.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, harass others, upload harmful code, scrape data in bulk, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or violate any law. Do not post another person's private health or personal information without their permission.
9. External links
We link to outside organizations, including advocateiep.com, pahrumppartyrental.com, Zeffy, and community resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, services, or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, PDOP and its officers, directors, board members, employees, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nye County, Nevada.
